Domain is Locked

Hello, I am trying to transfer my domain from my WordPress site to my Squarespace site. I thought I had completed this transfer about a year ago, but now I realize I had only pointed my domain information from WordPress to Squarespace. Unfortunately I recently cancelled my yearly subscription and deleted my domain info from my WordPress account, thinking it was unneeded. Now I am locked out from accessing my domain on Squarespace and can’t find a way to access my old domain information on WordPress. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

We are not able to help with the Squarespace side of things, but looking at your WordPress site there is content so if you wish to transfer it over to Squarespace we could help with that! You can export your WordPress content and import it to Squarespace.Here is a support page that can walk you through exporting your content:

I would assume that Squarespace would have support as well to assist you with importing the content.

Hi there,
That domain was pointed to Squarespace, but not transferred.
It looks like you cancelled it on 13 January already, which means that by now it’s already gone into redemption at our registrar. I should still be able to get it back, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. If you agree to that fee, I can get the process started.
The alternative is to wait for the domain to pass through redemption and be released. That would take about another month, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again once it is released. The safer option is to try and recover it from redemption.
Once it’s restored I can then help you transfer it to Squarespace, provided you haven’t updated the domain contact details in the past 60 days in which case the domain will be transfer locked until 60 days after the date you made the change.

I’ve emailed you a payment link. Once we receive payment I can contact our registrar to restore the domain. Should the recovery fail, your payment will be refunded in full.

Your domain has been restored, and should start showing your Squarespace site again within a few hours.
It looks like it was transfer locked at our registrar due to the cancellation, though. You’ll be able to transfer it away after 9 April by following the instructions here:
