Domain is locked with Automattic.com

Dear staff,
Please help me unlock my domain from Automattic inc and please provide the EPP Authorization. Thank you
Current Registrar: Automattic Inc.
Transfer Lock: The domain heatherkindt.com is currently locked from transfer (Status clientTransferProhibited).
When you lookup the EPP Authorization code, you may also want to unlock the domain as well. This is not required at this stage of the transfer, but will be required before a transfer can take place.I want to transfer this domain to another hosting site and need the transfer code.

Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login?
I can confirm that heatherkindt.com is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @heatherkindt login. If you do not recall how to log in to your other account you can fill out the form here to get assistance from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recoveryOn that form you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your purchase, which you can typically find on your credit card statement.
