Hey hobbyhk,
I have added the “modlook” tag to get the staff’s assistance. Please wait for a staff member to have a look at this and get back to you.

Thanks a lot! Ravichahar!
Actually, I am trying to Custom Url on G Suite, that is why I need the add GCNAME record, but I can’t find DNS record to add it at Automattic Inc. Because it is too hard for me to find it at Automattic Inc, so I decide to transfer to another one……sosad

Hi there,
Of what domain are you speaking? The account you’re using to post here does now own any domains.
I see you bought the domain, hobbyhk.org, yesterday, and then cancelled it today. That domain will be released by our registrar by the end of this coming week, at which point you’ll be able to register it somewhere else.
I can also still restore that domain to your account, but then you won’t be able to transfer it away from us for at least two months, as new domains cannot be transferred for a period of 60 days after purchase.

Hi kokkieh,
Thank you so much for your swift response and your help! Please help me restore that domain to my account. I am so sorry to bother you.
-
No bother at all :)
I have restored the domain to your account, so you’re now able to use it again.
As I said above, you cannot transfer it at this time, but if you want to use it with another hosting provider you can point it there by either adding their name servers or their IP address to the domain. You can find instructions to do that here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-name-servers/
How you go about setting up G Suite would depend on whether you are leaving the domain’s name servers pointed to us, or whether you’re pointing them somewhere else. If you’re leaving them with us, see:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-email-through-g-suite/
Please let me know if you need any more help with this.

Hi kokkieh,
First thanks a lot for your help!!! I can use it now :)
But can I ask one more question? I want to know how to cancel the web: hobbyhk.org (with no www) on WordPress completely. When I enter the website, it still shows the sentence of “This domain is parked”.
I created a website on WordPress before, but I have already deleted it and create a new one in G suite with the link: http://www.hobbyhk.org.
The problem is nowadays not many people will type “www”, so they might go to the wrong page. How can I delete the old one in WordPress so as to avoid people visiting the wrong website?

It looks like you tried cancelling the domain again after I restored it yesterday. Please don’t do that.

You can’t. That domain is registered with us, and we are your registrar. If you cancel the domain again, you will immediately cease being the owner, and the domain will stop working.
Once you’ve owned the domain for 60 days you can transfer it away from us, and then we will no longer be the registrar. But until then do not cancel the domain if you want to keep using it. If you want to use it with another hosting provider, please follow the instructions I posted above.

G Suite is an email service. You cannot create websites with G Suite. Do you mean you’ve set up a site with Google’s hosting service?
Both your domain’s A records and name servers are still pointed to us. If you want to use the domain with a site at Google, you need to get their name servers or IP addresses and add those to your domain to point it to them.
Whether or not your site will load with the www visible or not will depend on how you set things up on Google’s end. We have no control over that, and no change you make on our end will affect that.
