Hi there,
It looks like you registered the domain veekter.com and then cancelled it a short time after the initial registration. I went ahead and refunded the remaining $26 of your original purchase. When a domain is cancelled from WordPress.com, it is returned back to the registrar, who then decides when and if to release it back again for purchase. Unfortunately, we have no control over how long this takes (generally a week or two though).
If you would like, I can attempt to get your domain back onto your WordPress.com account. In that case, I would sent a payment request for the cost of the domain. Please note, you could still use your domain registered at WordPress.com with a self-hosted site if you would like. Also, 60 days after the date of registration, you could transfer it to another registrar.
Please let me know as soon as possible if you would like me to contact the registrar to get your domain back or if you would like to wait for it to be released again for purchase!

oh thank you very much! the thing is, that I want to upload to my hosting site a wordpress.org site, not com, I was not able to do so before, I very much want the domain, but for that particular use, apparently the domain got linked to the already existing .com blog. Maybe you can tell me a way to do that correctly?
Thank you very much! -

Hi there,
When you purchase a domain from WordPress.com, we automatically “point” it to your WordPress.com blog meaning it displays the content from your blog at WordPress.com. However, even if you register a domain with WordPress.com, you can point it to your self-hosted site using the instructions here:
Does that make sense? If you’d like me to attempt to get your domain back, please let me know!
-
Ok, please do!
I have bluehost hosting, what should I then use to correctly point to it? -
I have sent a note to the registrar in an attempt to get the domain back. I’ll let you know of the outcome!
You would need to change the name severs on the domain to Bluehost name servers, which traditionally are the following:
ns1.BlueHost.com ns2.BlueHost.comI can provide further instruction once we know whether or not we’ll be able to get the domain back!

Howdy!
The domain has been restored to your site, and it looks like you’ve already completed the payment for the domain. You can now map your domain to Bluehost using the method described here:
Please let me know if you run into any trouble!

Hey! first of all, thank you! the problem is that I bought a new domain, veektergy.com, as this one was taking a long time and was not a sure thing, how can I manage just to pay one and keep veekter.com only? bluehost changed to veektergy.com as my main domain now..but I could switch it back!
-
Hi!
I apologize; that’s an error on my part. I saw your payment for veektergy.com and mistakenly thought it was for veekter.com. We have two options:
- You can elect to just keep veektergy.com, and I will again cancel veekter.com.
- I can cancel veektergy.com and the payment that you used for that domain would just go towards veekter.com.
It really just depends on what domain you want to keep moving forward. Let me know how you want to proceed!

Hi there,
It looks like you already cancelled and fully refunded veektergy.com. As a result, you’ll need to complete another payment for the domain veekter.com since it was restored to your account (I had fully refunded you purchase previously). I went ahead and created a payment request and sent the request to the email address on file. Please complete this payment within 7 days.
Let me know if you need anything else!
