domain is missing in web server configuration and login issues

I have created a second account in order to post my issue, since I have lost all access to my previous account. Every time I try to access my blog, frenchmorningspreschool.com, I receive an error message stating that the domain is missing from the web server configuration, and that I should contact technical support for assistance. When I attempt to log in to my WordPress account, my previous username and password do not work. I have tried to reset my password, but never receive an email with the reset link. I have been able to reset in the past using this method, so I am confused as to why it is not working this time. I contacted register.com to see if it was an issue on their end, but they say everything is working fine from their side. Any help in rectifying this issue would be appreciated.
