Domain is not activating

I have upgraded my blog to make it so that I would have a .com.br domain. I am aware that it requires up to 3 days to activate, but 3 days have passed and it is still not available. I cannot set it as the primary domaind and a message says that it is pending. Is there anyway for me to know what is going on? The domain is dalvamarcelino.com.br

I tried pulling up the Whois information for dalvamarcelino.com.br, but it’s coming up unregistered:
http://whois.domaintools.com/dalvamarcelino.com.brI have a feeling you purchased the Doman Mapping upgrade instead of registering a domain, so I’ll tag this topic for a Staff follow-up. They should be able to help you unmap the domain, and help you get dalvamarcelino.com.br registered after that!

Sorry about that! When you register .com.br domains, your last name (surname) on the domain registration must be 20 characters or less. Otherwise, the domain registration won’t go through.
Can you please try registering the domain again with a shorter version of your last name? I reset the domain credit on your WordPress.com Premium plan so you can register it again without being charged.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

I saw the request for re-entering my information, but i hadn’t seen your post and entered a long surname again. I’m sorry! Could you reset the domain credit just once more for me?

Sure thing! I just reset that domain credit again, so you can try registering the domain again with a shorter surname in the registration form. Please let me know if you have any more trouble with it!
