  I’ve purchased .com domain, paid via Paypal a week ago and the domint is still not active. Help!

  You also need to do domain mapping to map a new name to a blog.

  Have you done a whois search to see if the name has been registered? If the name was not registered then you need to contact the Staff to get a refund then you need to re-register then domain. I have seen a few cases where a person was charged for the registration but the registration failed for some reason. The first registration was refunded and the person registered the domain name a second time and all was well.

  I have the same problem – my new domain is also not active.
  I payed for domain mapping 12 $ yesterday.
