Domain is not expired, but our site says Oh no! This blog’s domain openbookcoaching.com expired!

  I checked our domain registration and it is still active for another year, but the message:

  Oh no! This blog’s domain openbookcoaching.com expired!
  Unfortunately you cannot access this blog from openbookcoaching.com any more. This domain name expired and will soon be canceled.

  Please contact the owners of this website and remind them to renew this domain before it’s too late. They need your help!

  Your registration seems to still be good for a year, but it is your mapping subscription to the WordPress.com site that has expired.

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing that subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription purchase.

  The individual that purchased the upgrade originally is no longer with the company. I was given administrative privileges, is there a way I can renew the subscription purchase?
