  I am currently working on one of the client and right now he cannot see his domain on his account. Although if you check his domain via whois.net or whois look up it is under WordPress or automaticc.

  Hi there – what’s the domain you are referring to? And could you provide us with a little more detail around the site? For example, is the site hosted through WordPress.com, or another host?
