Domain is not working

    Hi, Our domain cardboardhousepress.org is not working. I checked the last receipt from our domain (Aug 7, 2019) and it says we paid $0, although our credit card is in your system. Why has it been suspended and how can it be restored? I appreciate your quick response.

    Thanks for getting in touch. It does look like there was an issue with the payment. Your bank may have flagged it as fraud. That happens time to time. I suggest making sure the best payment method is listed on the account for future renewals:

    I will work on getting the domain restored and get that fixed up. There’s going to be a payment form coming your way via email. That’s where you can pay for the renewal since you were not charged previously.
