Domain is paid for, why am I seeing ads and why can't I change the theme?
-
I paid for two domain names with ad free blogs and cannot get the one I want to open up. I don’t like the Fiore Theme but you will not allow me to change it (i have tried this) and it is not the blog I wish to post upon.
Also, you say go premium when I have already paid you through the nose to go premium. I am not getting what I paid for because you are showing ads on my Fiore theme and I have paid $30 to be ad free. Also, why can’t I have one as a blog and one as a website? I really need to talk to someone by PHONE since I am a paid subscriber. Emailing does me no good because I really need to hear someone walk me through the process of getting set up completely.
Please help!
Thank you,
Robin Venable

Hi Robin,
I’m happy to help you sort this out. We can’t provide phone support, but we can get everything sorted this way. Currently, you have two different sites, each with some upgrades:
Site robinpbq.wordpress.com has:
* Custom Design upgrade ($30)Site peanutbutterquicksand.wordpress.com has:
* Domain peanutbutterfingerprints.com ($26)
* Domain peanutbutterquicksand.com ($26)
* No Ads upgrade ($30)
* Custom Design upgrade ($30)I double-checked and there should not be any ads appearing on http://peanutbutterfingerprints.com/ now.
I think what might have happened is that you accidentally registered two different domain names for the same blog, when you meant to have one on each. Would you like me to move the domain peanutbutterquicksand.com to http://robinpbq.wordpress.com/ ?
If you can describe a bit what you want to show up where, we’ll get this all sorted out. :)
