I pointed it to the name servers of new hosting and deleted old website on WordPress. But now I do not have access to my new site. It says domain is parked. I need help

It looks like you canceled the domain you registered with us. A canceled domain will not work. You’ll need to restore the domain even if you want to use it with an external host.

It is a news website. I have created it at another place. I requested a refund of my previous plan too and WordPress gave me a refund without the domain price as I requested. I deleted the old site with the permission of my new hosting service. They said it is pointed to their name servers. However, when I deleted the old site on WordPress it deleted my Domain too. I need help, please. I tried to contact you on live chat but it did not function. Can you please connect it to my hosting name servers? I have paid for this domain and I know I can wait for 5 days to receive it. but I really need it now. I appreciate your help.
