Domain is parked by automattic

  I’ve transfered the domain eco-debarras.com a few month ago from wordpress.com to wordpress.org
  I think i made a mistake when i removed the website because now the domain name is parked. And i don’t know how to remove the parking state.

  Hope someone could help me ?

  Hi there,

  I can see you requested a transfer code on 1 March, but it doesn’t look like you gave that code to your new domain provider, as we never received a request to transfer the domain from a different registrar. Starting the transfer on our end only sends you the code. You still need to give the code to the new registrar and approve the transfer on their end before it will take place.

  Now that you’ve cancelled your domain you’ve given up ownership, meaning you can’t do anything with it any more.

  I can restore the domain to your account, but I’ll need you to create a new free site to which I can connect the domain, otherwise you won’t be able to access its settings. Once I’ve restored the domain, you’ll be able to transfer it again.

  Please use this link to create a new free site, and let me know once you’ve done that so I can restore the domain:

  Thanks you for your reply ! I just create a new free site at the following adress : https://ecodebarrassite.wordpress.com/
  But i thought the transfer code was send automatically to the new register, so just to be clear, when i’m going to do the transfer again i need to provide the code to the new register and after that all the DNS will be transfered to the new register, and the server name will be change also ?

  I’ve restored the domain and connected it to the new site, so you should now be able to transfer the domain again.

  The transfer code is sent only to you. We can’t send it to the new registrar, as we don’t even know who that is. Nowhere in the process is there a space for you to indicate that information :)

  You need to give the code to the new registrar, and then they start the transfer from their side. After they start it, you’ll receive an email with a link to accept or reject the transfer (exactly how this looks depends on the registrar where you’re transferring), and once you accept it typically takes about a week for the transfer to complete.

  You still need to change the name servers as well. Do it now, before you start the transfer. Otherwise you’ll need to wait until the transfer completes and do it at the new registrar – name servers and contact information cannot be changed after a transfer is initiated.
