Hi again,
I found the support document, which can help you with this, please check: Domain transfer status and failed transfers.
You might not transfer the domain if the following event has occurred with your domain in the past 60 days:
If you have registered the domain recently and not completed 60 days Domain Lock period according to ICANN domain Transfer policy, or if you have recently updated Whois contact information associated with the domain. If the domain is locked for transfer, so what you can do is use domain mapping to use the domain which you already own at Godaddy.
All you need to do is update DNS Record for the domain by logging in your Godaddy account and change the name server to
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COMPlease check the following support documents that will help you do the same.
https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
https://www.godaddy.com/help/set-custom-nameservers-for-domains-registered-with-godaddy-12317
Hope this helps, please feel free to ask if you need further assistance with this.
Thanks!

Hi there,
Can you please let us know the domain you’re trying to transfer so we can have a look?

Hi Akansha,
I would suggest to avoid creating a new thread with the same issue, you can continue to the same post.
Replying to https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/domain-transfer-from-other-registrar/
My domain is shown as locked while i try to transfer. It has been unlocked and also nameservers has been updated. My domain is stunninglifestyle.in registered with GoDaddy. Please help.
I just checked the status of your Domain it still shows Locked, I would suggest you to contact the Domain provider which is GoDaddy to unlock your domain or login to your GoDaddy account and see if you are able to unlock your domain yourself.
If the domain is still in the Transfer lock period which I have said above then you can, use the method below.
I just checked the whois record for your domain that you’ve successfully changed the nameservers for your domain to WordPress nameservers, but in order to use custom-domain with your beautyandfashion.home.blog site you need to upgrade it with the plan, each plan comes with a free domain credit which you can use to Map a domain you already own.
Follow the steps below from our support document below, to Map the domain:
beautyandfashion.home.bloghttps://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/#steps-for-mapping-a-domain
Hope this helps, let us know if you need further assistance with this.
Thanks!
