  Support, Last week, I have procured a domain for my homestays ‘ishaaraprime.in’ and later decided to go with the Pro account which will give a domain free. So i cancelled the purchase and got the refund. But now the domain is not available and its indicating that its linked with wordpress. Seems the DNS is not released, please check and share an update on getting the same domain http://www.ishaaraprime.in

  Canceling a domain does not make it immediately available to repurchase. If you want to host your site here, purchase the Pro plan, skip the domain option, then update us here and we’ll be able to add ishaaraprime.in back to your account.

  Please note that the domain is only free for the first year of your plan; renewals of your domain will be at full price in addition to your plan renewal costs.

  Let us know when you’ve got the Pro plan in place and we’ll get started restoring the domain.

  Thank you for your response, yes i would like to move forward with Pro.

  Is there a chat option a available for Pro?… Where guests can chat or connect to what’s app or any messaging app?
