Domain isn’t showing up in my account after paying for annual plan

I purchased an annual plan to secure the domain thenitstillmustbetrue.com on August 10, 2025. However, the domain is not showing up in my WordPress account. The receipt was sent to the same email connected to my WordPress account, so I know I purchased it with that account/the same login credentials. When I’m logged into WordPress, it tells me that I can’t add the domain to my account because it is already connected to a WordPress site. Yet that site isn’t in my WordPress account. I’m at my wits’ end trying to figure out what’s going on.

Hi there @lygaribay! Melven here. I took a closer look and it appears the domain thenitstillmustbetrue.com (along with the annual Personal plan you purchased) is actually registered under a different WordPress.com account.
This can happen when customers unintentionally create multiple accounts using different email addresses. Since the receipt was sent to your other email, that is the account where the domain and plan are currently active.
Please try logging into WordPress.com using the other email address you used during checkout. Once logged in with that email, you should see both the domain and its connected site.
