Domain Issue

    I am trying to upgrade our domain as it has expired but whenever I put in the payment details I get the message ‘This subscription was originally purchased by another user. Please ask the subscription owner to renew the subscription.’ I only have the one log in for this account – is there anyway you can help me?

    Hi there,

    Is this for the domain, nochintzblog.com?

    That site, domain and the Premium Plan on that site belongs to the user, missstitched. You are an admin on the site, but you don’t own the site or any upgrades on it. Only the missstitched username account can make changes to those upgrades.

    It also looks like the domain has already been renewed earlier today.
