Domain Issue

Our domain looks like it was released and should have never been as it was renewed last November. I was recently adjusting some things on the site (which we moved to SquareSpace) just a few days ago and now it says someone else has the domain and is charging over $1400!

When was it purchased?

Hi There – santaconbuffalo.com (we just purchased santaconbuffalo.net to avoid not having a site up). How can I check which wordpress.com username I purchased it under? We originally purchased santaconbuffalo.com through WordPress then transferred to SquareSpace. This was originally purchased 5-6 years ago. We did not allow the domain to expire, when we received the notification that it needed to be updated on November 3rd 2016. I was just on the site about a week or so ago making updates and then out of no where it wasn’t working and we learned it was up for sale from someone else. Thank you!
