Domain Issue

  I last renewed my domain in July, but now it is showing up as unavailable and registered to a (spam) site. I have it set on auto-renew and received no emails about it expiring (8 months later?). I need help asap.

  I followed the link and renewed the domain (which didn’t work when I tried myself through purchases – so thank you). However, the domain still does not show up to manage on my wordpress dashboard, and is still linking to the spam site. I need to be able to access the DNS settings to re-link it to my squarespace site.

  I have already begun the recovery process through our domain provider. I’ll send you an email as soon as the domain is restored.
