Domain Issue

Hi, I bought an email service from G Suite 3 weeks back and was assigned my domain at the same time. I came to know that the domain owner is WordPress. Now I can’t access my domain, My G Suite trial period is over. How do I get a handle on my domain name? I want to use the same one. When I login to wordpress and try to search for my domain, it says it is already associated with a wordpress site. Help!

It seems that was registered here, but not on this account. My guess is that it was under the username
studiovila, and logging in as that username would allow you to edit the domain settings. Does that sound familiar?I’ll tag this with modlook for staff to confirm the domain owner username, although they cannot confirm the account email to use.

I tried logging in with studiovila, it doesn’t let me in. I even tried resetting the password, somehow it doesn’t take the new password too. I attempted many times.
I have no clue why it won’t take any new passwords I create.The email associated with studiovila username is mine, since I am getting all the password reset emails.

If you’re getting password reset emails that list the studiovila username and you’re picking a new password for that account, try using a private browsing session or a different browser to avoid anything automatically filling in. Use studiovila and the new password as your login instead of an email.
Give that a try, and hopefully the next post here will be as the right account!

I tried what you suggested , still not working.
May be that username belongs to someone else. Word press login system is not really 100% error free. It is giving the same trouble on this account of mine too. So I really don’t know what the trouble regarding login is. -
Make sure you’re also looking at a completely different email from this account’s email. Staff took off the modlook tag, so that would seem to confirm the name I told you was correct. But feel free to tag it again. A reset email sent to a username will have that username in the message. You need to click on that email sent to you in order to pick a new password.
The login system does work, but sometimes browsers automatically fill information in an unhelpful way. Try using a different browser or a private browsing window instead.
If you think you no longer own the email connected to the account you need to access and cannot enter the password or get a new one, then use account recovery to regain ownership. https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
