Domain Issue

  I am having trouble with my current website anniekayleenrussell.com.

  I purchased this domain back in June 2022 through Bluehost. However, I had previously used this exact domain for my other blog annierussellblog.wordpress.com. Therefore, two days ago I was charged again for this domain in regards to the free blog. Since I am currently utilizing/paid for the domain for another blog I asked for a refund.

  Since than my new blog is no longer available or not working. How do I fix this issue?

  Correct account: Yes

  Hello there,

  I can see the site https://annierussellblog.wordpress.com/ load up all ok, and this can be accessed via WordPress.com.

  It looks like the domain was connected from Bluehost to WordPress.com, and that connection has since been removed.

  To check are you using anniekayleenrussell.com with another blog or site?

  If not, we can help you get that domain connection back. You would need to purchase a paid plan in order to set that as a primary custom domain.

  Thank you for your help.

  Yes, I am using anniekayleenrussell.com through Bluehost. However, after being charged for the domain again through WordPress.com, I asked for a refund. Ever since than my bluehost site has “parked” written on it.

  Hi there, your domain anniekayleenrussell.com was registered through us, so when you canceled and refunded it, you gave up ownership of the domain.

  Canceled domains aren’t released immediately, and depending on the domain, it can take anywhere from a few days to more than a year before it will be available to buy again.

  In this specific case, we have a few options for you to regain control over the domain:

  Wait: You can wait about five days from registration for the domain to be released. So long as no one else buys it before you do, you may be able to purchase it again with another provider.
