Domain issue

  We tried to get to our domain but it is saying it is owned by another account. Not sure why

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  What is the URL you are trying to add to your account? Is it woak.org? From what I can see that domain was purchased by another admin on your site, so it is technically already “owned” by them. You can confirm who the other admin is here: https://wordpress.com/people/team/woak.org

  From what I can see the current owner of the domain needs to verify it, and it is temporarily suspended until they do so. If you are in contact with them you can direct them to verify the domain by following the steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/register-domain/#email-validation-and-verification

  You can also direct them to contact us directly by logging in to their account, and then requesting help from support staff here: https://wordpress.com/help/
