Domain issue

  Hello, I’m dealing with a big issue. I bought slampakiskonstantinos.com and I deleted it. I tried to recover it, and It appears normally, but I can’t change the nameservers to point it to hostgator where my website is ready.

  Wordpress messege says that this domain is registered to another registrar and when I looked up on icann it showed me that the registrar is Automattic inc. which I know that is you. What can I do in this situation?

  I need this domain to point it to my website, I don’t mind to pay for it I just want to solve the issue, please help me !

  Hi there!

  When you cancelled your domain, it entered a redemption period:

  https://wordpress.com/support/domains/domain-expiration/#redemption-period

  We can still try to recover the domain but you will need to pay an $80 redemption fee in addition to the regular $12 domain registration cost since you received a refund for the domain when you cancelled it. If you agree, I can send a payment request and contact our domain registrar once it has been paid.
