Domain issue

  I purchased the $13 domain. My blog shows the address of silentpresencedotorg.wordpress.com. I want the browser address to show http://www.amayagayle.com not silentpresencedodtorg.wordpress.com.
  I own the domain amayagayle.com. I can forward amayagayle.com to the silentpresencedotorg.wordpress.com for free through 1and1.com. What I want is the brwoser address to reflect the correct name. How do I do this?

  Hi there,

  Since you own the domain then, you’ll need to change your nameservers to the following:
  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  If you’re not sure how, you’ll need to contact your registrar, 1&1, for assistance.

  Once you update the nameservers, you can set your primary domain to amayagayle.com by going to Store -> Domains from your dashboard.

  I did that. The nameservers are updated. When I attempted to change the primary domain it didn’t work even though wordpress says the dns is accurate now. Help?
