Domain Issue

I had a blog on wordpress at magpieb.com. I stopped posting and the website domain was cancelled. i would like to start the domain again. I just purchased the wordpress.com premium upgrade for $99.00 since it included a domain name. But I can’t seem to figure out how to connect my old domain name to my upgrade. When I say that I want to the domain name magpieb.com to be connected to the blog, it says that that domain is attached to another account.

The good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else. A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one which we can waive.
