Domain issue

  My primary domain isn’t working. I’d like protectpakids.com to be the primary domain for (email visible only to moderators and staff). However, it says it’s expired and won’t let me edit. I still own the url. Can you help?

  It looks like there was an error with the registration. I’m currently looking into a solution. I’ll let you know as soon as I know more!

  Hey Susan,

  It looks like there was an error registering your domain that prevented it from actually being registered successfully. I’ve removed it from your account and restored your Premium bundle domain credit. Can you try registering it again? You should not have to pay additionally for the domain as it’s covered under your Premium bundle. Just follow the steps here:
