domain issue

  I have a domain name, http://www.thebbc.net and I want to map it to my blog, http://www.thebarebonescollective.wordpress.com. I have a separate account for another blog that I was able to do this for. but when I try with this one it wants me to upgrade to premium for 99 bucks..

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @thebbcadministrator – The fee to map your domain to WordPress.com changed about a week ago. You will need to purchase The Premium Plan or Business Plan in order to successfully map http://www.thebbc.net/ . Domain Mapping requires an upgraded plan.

  Oddly enough I figure out just before you posted this and didn’t need to purchase a premium plan.. I wonder if they are trying to pull a fast one.. It cost me only $13.00. I think the key is to but the domain on your own and not with them..
