Domain Issue

    I tried getting help about this but WordPress did not tell me where to find the forum post or that anyone had responded. I now found that someone replied but the topic was ‘closed’ and I cannot reply. This is very frustrating – I can’t believe WordPress has NO support for this issue.

    My domain was set up on Auto-renew but for some reason did not renew, and WordPress did not inform me. I need assistance from WordPress asap for purchasing a domain. I have tried contacting the support line through email several times with now answer. This is an error on WordPress’s end that needs to be addressed in a timely manner.

    Hi @kaylanderson, we tried emailing you directly a few days ago. Can you check the address on file here and reply to that email? That’s probably the easiest way to resolve this. wordpress.com/me/account/

    Otherwise, I have made sure that thread was unlocked, or you can reply here.
