You bet. I’ll go ahead and close this ticket then since it’s probably best resolved privately, but to answer your questions in case others have them:
1 – Premium includes a domain registration or mapping for an existing domain
2 – We are not able to accept incoming domain transfers at this time, though you can use our name servers with an existing domain + mapping. You would still need to renew an existing domain with its registrar. Most registrars do this yearly, which is why it’s just now an issue.
3 – I’m guessing the domain registration error you’re getting now could be related to your account, since others have been registering domains. I’m guessing email support will help you sort that out, but you can also chat with us here:
