  Hi there,

  Cancelling a domain does not free it up right away. It goes through a redemption process where the domain owner can change their mind if needed, before it’s released to the market.

  That process can take several weeks, so we recommend transferring your domain instead. It’s best to restore your domain and then map or transfer it instead of cancelling it and having the possibility of never being able to use it again.

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of mulligansrum.com? That domain is currently in redemption, and will only become available again after redemption ends on 15 March. However, we cannot guarantee you’ll be able to register it again anywhere once it’s released, as anyone will be able to buy it at that point.

  We can also still restore the domain to your account. We need to pay the domain registry a $80 fee to do this, so I’ll need you to agree to and pay that fee before I can attempt to recover the domain.

  Additionally I see you’ve deleted your account, so you won’t be able to reply here any more. Please reply to the account closure email we sent you a few hours ago if you want to try and recover this domain.
