  I am looking to unlock my domain for use with another service. I have no idea why but I cannot access any party of my domain settings from my dashboard and am at a loss for how to configure the lock feature without it. I have checked where the domain is hosted and it is indeed hosted with wordpress.com. Any ideas will be very helpful.
