Hi, having issues with the domain. They let it expire and so had to buy another one and it just doesn’t seem to be working still even though I followed all the steps. Images aren’t loading and the SSL certificate is still pending. I also need to remove the old domain http://www.sunrisemediacooperative.org (maybe that’s the issue). The new domain doesn’t seem to have errors. The chat is not working thru the wordpress admin, maybe it’s a Firefox issue too.

Hi, no we just purchased sunrisemediacooperative.com (.org is what expired) and the name servers and all the info is correct. The SSL certificate is still pending and has been for weeks. Please help!

Hi there,

Thanks for confirming. I checked whois and saw where the problem lied. You have an extra nameserver that is not associated with WordPress.com:
ns1.wordpress.com

ns2.wordpress.com

ns3.wordpress.com

ns4cfn.name.com
From where you are hosting the domain, you will want to remove ns4cfn.name.com and then the domain should begin to work correctly shortly after that.
