  Hello there,

  I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re facing with your account and the domain woak.org. Let me clarify the situation for you:

  Your site is on the Personal plan under your @stationmanagerwoak account, but the domain woak.org is registered under the other Administrator user on the site, @woakfmradio. You can find this information under your Team tab at this link: https://wordpress.com/people/team/woakradio.wordpress.com

  The domain expired 14 days ago, but there is still time to renew it before it goes into redemption. However, to do so, we need @woakfmradio to log into their account and request the renewal in this thread. This is because we need to send a manual payment request to them directly, and you cannot do this from your account since the domain has expired and you’re not the current owner of the domain.

  Once the domain is successfully restored to the other Administrator’s account, I suggest having them transfer the domain to your account. This way, you can manage both the domain and plan under your own account.
