Domain Issues

  I paid for and registered a domain with wordpress in October 2024. It isn’t showing up in my wordpress account. I definately paid for it and have an email confirmation but I am unable to add it to my site and saying it belongs to another wordpress site. How do I talk to a real person to this sorted out. I have tried everything else.

  This happens when you are logged in to the wrong account. You must use the transaction id to restore access to the account owning that domain – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#verify-your-account-ownership
