Domain issues

Hi,
I registered for a domain through WordPress. My credit card expired and so my domain won’t auto renew. I can’t login to Google Apps to update it because of an infinite series of login screens and there is absolutely no help from google. All it says is to clear my cache which I’ve done but it still won’t work. I don’t know what to do because my domain will expire soon.

Your domain melbournefoodfiles.com actually isn’t registered through WordPress.com, although it’s linked to your site here with a domain mapping upgrade. You can renew that domain mapping upgrade under Store > My Upgrades in your site’s dashboard here:

You’ll also need to make sure the domain registration is renewed through your domain registrar. (The registration is what makes you the owner of that domain name.) It looks like you registered the domain with Google, so you’ll need to renew the registration there.

Thank rachelmcr! Yes I understand my domain is registered through google, however, as I am unable to login to their cpanel to update my info and due to their complete and utter lack of support I am unsure what I can do!

You’ll need to contact Google for more help renewing the domain registration itself — there’s nothing we can do from our end about that. It looks like Google has a help page about renewing domains here:
