Domain issues and Google App for Works Issues

  I am unable to see my domain ‘cytota.com’ as registered through wordpress in my account. This is an issue for many reasons, the largest of which, is that I intent to transfer my domain at some point in the future.

  Additionally, I purchased a Google Apps for Work Gmail account as part of a package through WordPress which I later cancelled. I am unable to set up the same account ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ with Google or another host due to WordPress being still involved with the account.

  Please help me resolve these back-end issues with WordPress.com, I am not able to speak with chat support and have no ability to make any changes myself due to WordPress consistently mishandling my account purchases and permissions.
