    I transferred my domain from Goggle to WordPress. The domain is not propagating the dns record, how do I connect my domain to google workspace. The hosting service is Bluehost.

    So I see a domain that is here on our servers, still pointing to Google Domains. I also see you have a hosting plan here with us, with just the beginnings of a site in place.

    Can you clarify whether you want to point the domain to our servers, or to Bluehost? Here’s the difference between our managed hosting, and running your own WordPress installation with another host:

    Once you’ve decided, here’s how to update your name servers:

    Also, if you decide you don’t want to host here with us, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help you get your hosting plan cancelled. You will only need one hosting plan for this site.

    When I go the the support link to connect the domain it says: Another reason to use these steps is if you have recently transferred your domain to WordPress.com. Your name servers will not change automatically after the transfer is complete.

    From your dashboard, go to Upgrades → Domains.
    Click on the domain you want to edit.
    Select Name servers.
    Enable the “Use WordPress.com Name Servers” option:

    When I go to upgrades my only options are Plans or purchases there is no domains to click on.

    I just noticed BarefootEducation.com is registered under another account, in fact. Can you log out, and log back in as that user?

    If you’re working with someone else who made the purchase, have them log in and update us here.

    I want to point my domain to WordPress and not Bluehost. I only have one way to log on and it automatically goes to Bluehost. If there is another account name I don’t know what is but there is nobody else involved with the domain. How do I get rid of Bluehost and switch to WordPress? The domain was in Google and I connected to WordPress through Bluehost. I transferred the domain to WordPress and want WordPress to manage the hosting. I can’t log in to WordPress without it connecting to Bluehost.

    One problem could be is if WordPress is sending me emails to my barefooteducation email, I can’t access that until I can get everything else connected and connect Google workspace to the domain.

    Hi there,

    You’re right that the account is connected to your barefooteducation email, but the account is verified 3 days ago, so if you could remember the password to that account 3 days ago, you should be able to regain access.
