Domain keeps routing to wordpress.com website instead of wordpress.org.

I recently had to transfer from a wordpress.com site to a wordpress.org version of our website (zoptiks.com) but whenever I try to access the .org version, it keeps routing me to the .com version. I changed the DNS settings and on my phone/firefox, it routes correctly but then reverts back to the .com version. I tried clearing my caches but I can’t figure out why the domain keeps routing back.
I also tried to delete the wordpress.com website but I can’t find the delete button to delete your site permanently. Anyway, I could get some help with this?

When I visit your website https://zoptiks.com/, it seems to load right. It does not redirect me to your WordPress.com site zoptiks.WordPress.com.
Your site https://zoptiks.com/ is a self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) site and it seems to be working fine.
It’s probably your devices’ cache that’s messing things up when you visit your website. I suggest that you clear your browsers’ cache and things should be fine. Alternatively, you can consider visiting your website using the private mode to see that your website is working fine.

I tried clearing my browsers cache, but it still routes me to the old wordpress site. The reason I know is because whenever I login I keep getting routed to the wordpress.com wp-admin instead of the new wordpress.org admin.
Do you think completely deleting the site from wordpress.com would fix this?

Thanks for stating this! This helps clarify things a bit. Let me explain.
Note that when you login at https://wordpress.com/, you will be shown the WordPress.com dashboard which is called Calypso https://developer.wordpress.com/calypso/
To use the WP Admin dashboard, you will need to login on your new self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) site’s login page which will be https://zoptiks.com/wp-login.php and not https://wordpress.com/
