Domain late renewal fee
-
Hello I have a bill from you to make my website live again. However I am at this point in time unable to pay the bill, in the future I should have the funds to pay. My concern is that my website which I created will be deleted or wiped if my bill isn’t paid, is this what happens? Or will I always have my website available to make live again once I can afford to pay.
Best wishes
Lily SneadeThe site I need help with is onpointacupunctureuk.wordpress.com.

Hi there,
I see that your site is now on the free plan and is loading at the WordPress.com address.
We do not delete sites after the plan expires. While the features of the paid plan are removed after the plan expires, (and your site may look different — like if it had a premium theme under the premium plan, the site will switch to a free theme) we won’t wipe the site. So everything you see now on your site will remain as is.
You’re welcome to upgrade again at a later time. The only thing to keep in mind is that if there’s a domain on your site that has recently expired, there’s no guarantee that you can get the domain back in the future. We advise caution when it comes to domain registrations and suggest renewing them to make sure you keep their ownership.

Hi but if I type in http://www.on point Acupunctute.co.uk the site comes up as error
And no longer shows online
What’s happened here? -
-
That’s not a valid domain name.
What is the full URL of the site you’re trying to reach?

I think you might be referring to on-point-acupuncture.com?
I can see you used to have this domain associated with your site onpointacupunctureuk.wordpress.com, but it has long expired.I can see it is pointing to another hosting company right now, so if you still own that domain, you registered it with another registrar too.
That said, we can’t help with domains registered elsewhere. On the other hand, if you’re referring to the site onpointacupunctureuk.wordpress.com, it’s still online and using our free plan.
