  I have paid for upgrades and nominated Trevor-Bancroft.com to be the primary domain. Yet, it is not recognised when put in externally.

  http://trevor-bancroft.com/ loads fine for me – you seem to have everything set correctly – it can take 24 to 72 hours for changes to reach the far corners of the internet – you will be the last to see the changes due to caching issues –
