Domain locked after chargeback – need help restoring access
-
Hi,
I’m facing an issue with my domain larryrowbsfoundation.org, which is registered via WordPress.
The domain was originally purchased using a team member’s credit card. She has since left the organization and initiated a chargeback, which resulted in the payment being refunded.
Current situation is that:
- The domain is still active (not expired) but the site is only partially working
- I’m unable to manage or re-purchase the domain from my account. It is neither showing in my purchased domains, nor I can re-purchase it.
I want to resolve this properly and regain full access. I have already added a new payment method to my account and am ready to:
- Repay the disputed amount
- Pay any additional reinstatement fees if required
Could someone from the support team guide me on:
- How to reverse/resolve the chargeback
- Steps to restore full domain and site access
- Any actions required from my side
This is affecting our organization, so a quick resolution would be highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
