Domain Locked and Unable to Transfer

  Hello,

  I am trying to began the process of transferring my domain to SquareSpace, but am unable to for some reason. My ‘Transfer Lock’ category reads “The domain yazmynarmoni.com is currently locked from transfer (Status clientTransferProhibited).”

  Is this why I am unable to transfer my domain?

  I can’t see any hindrances with regards to making a transfer there.

  During the transfer process, you should be able to unlock that:

  Have you managed to reach that step?
