Domain & Log in Issues

  Hi!

  First, I wanted to register themasonslady.com, not themasonslady.wordpress.com not sure what happened there. Second, I am having trouble getting into my primary account, themasonslady. Someone changed my associated wordpress account, which used to be (email visible only to moderators and staff), as seen in many of my posts. I have sent in a recovery request, but have not heard back from you guys yet. I really like your service, but I would like to have a premium account on my main acount, not this one. Let me know what we can do!

  I ended up just cancelling the premium since it was within the window, and it would not be once you guys got back to the office. Would still love help with my other issue. Thanks!

  After looking into your account, I found that the Premium account was not canceled and your site is viewable at your domain: themasonslady.com as seen here:

  

  As for the email, the address that was used to create the account is still the email address on the account. It was never changed.
