I’ve emailed our registrar to ask them to restore the domain. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear back from them.

Your domain has been restored and I reactivated it on your account. I see the domain actually expired 3 days ago, so please make sure you renew it as soon as possible, or transfer it before it exits the grace period if you want to transfer. Once the domain is 18 days past expiration you won’t be able to transfer it without renewing it first.

It says my domain doesn’t expire for 12 more days.
Have requested and “been sent” the EPP code from admins a few times and am still not receiving anything in spam or anything. -
You are correct. The domain expired on 26 July. I must have misread a date somewhere on your account logs.
Your domain now shows as unverified. You will not be able to request a transfer code until you verify the domain first. I can see our registrar has sent the verification email several times over the past two days. That email goes to the email address in your domain contact information, not the email attached to your WordPress.com account.
You currently have a Hotmail address set as your domain contact email.
Please check that account for the verification email. It will come from a @secureserver.net address. Once the domain is verified and you request the transfer code, that code will also be sent to the Hotmail address, not the Gmail address you’re using for your WordPress.com account.
