    Hey there,

Have you tried account recovery of your old blog?

I would be more than happy to assist you in regaining access to your old account. If you could please fill out our account recovery form, we’ll definitely get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Please visit our support page for more information on recovering your account.

You should be able to provide proof of the account if you still have receipt of purchase from the mapping upgrade.

    Thanks!

All I have is the Christian Web Host site where I bought/registered the domain and proof of ownership of that domain through them. So I have proof of ownership of domain name -I just don’t have email access ( I can’t remember what it was) to WP site it is mapped to. SO I can’t use the account recovery —

    Thank You

    Hey there,

If you do not remember which email is connected to the account what I can do is e-mail the address associated with the account so that you can check all of your e-mails and see which one receives the message. All you would need to do is respond from that e-mail to verify ownership. Then, I will definitely be able to assist you in regaining access.

Let me know if that would help.

    Thanks!
