Domain Lost In the Matrix

    I’m trying to get my domain renewed but it won’t allow me to renew it through my account because it expired July 2016.

    It may not be possible, but I want to try. How can I find it and get it renewed?

    Hi there,

    Your domain expired on 7 July, and is now in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible to get it back at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to do this. Please let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started for you.
