Domain mahapatraakpersonalblog.wordpress.com DNS Name Server Pointing Required

    Hi

    My blog domain http://www.akblog.co hosted at bluehost. After Domain mahapatraakpersonalblog.wordpress.com accidentally deleted, unable to access http://www.akblog.co. I’m receiving error message as –
    This site can’t provide a secure connection
    http://www.akblog.co sent an invalid response.
    ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

    I have contacted Bluehost team, they told me to contact wordpress.com support team as domain is mapped under wildwestdomains.com. wordpress.com is the customer for wildwestdomains.com. They requested to Contact WordPress.com support to check issue with akblog.co and resolved the domain Name servers.

    Check using the link: whatsmydns.net/#NS/akblog.co where Domain Name servers is pointing to wordpress.com

    Kindly point the name servers to ns1.bluehost.com and ns2.bluehost.com to make the akblog.com available. As you know Domain mahapatraakpersonalblog.wordpress.com available and purchased from July 3rd 2016.

    Request you to please kindly change the Domain Name servers pointing to ns1.bluehost.com and ns2.bluehost.com.

    @mbhakm…. sorry man to tell you, but good luck. There is no support and they may be looking into it, but many are having this problem with no resolution in sight. Reason: wordpress staff are really on sabatical until the 26th. That means they have hold of your domain and you have no recourse or no way to fix it until the 26th, at the earliest.

    So seriously, rebrand, scrap, start-over or wait on wordpress and try to recover what you’ve lost due to their lack of business acumen.

    I can try and reverse the cancellation. I will let you know if I am successful, it typically takes 12-48 hours.

    If successful, you will need to re-purchase the yearly domain registration. Then you will be able to use the domain here on WordPress.com or point your domain to a new webhost using these instructions:
