  I have set up a WP site (openaccesslearning.wordpress.com) and have updated the DNS address at GoDaddy with the WP numbers for a domain I own (openaccesslearning.com) – this is the address I want my WP site to have.

  The update at GoDaddy was processed immediately, so I have updated the primary domain in WordPress to link to this address.

  Now both of the url’s are pointing to the GoDaddy domain parking page. Is this just part of the normal updating process, and it will be fixed soon, or have I done something wrong?

  DNS changes can sometimes take several hours to propagate across all the various systems on the web. A little bit of time fixed this one up for us.
