    Hello Support,

    I would like to transfer my domain from https://ezellproperties.wordpress.com/ to http://www.ezellproperties.com only, please suggest how do I manage that and from where I can manage DNS of my domain to point it on the another hosting server.

    Hi there,

    The domain, ezellproperties.com, belonged to the username, ezell134, but that user cancelled the domain on 5 January, so that domain is no longer on our system.

    It might still be possible to get that domain back from our registrar, but I can only do so if the user, ezell134, requests it. Also note that this is time-sensitive – that domain can go into redemption soon, at which point it will cost an additional $80 to get it back. If the correct username doesn’t post here to request the recovery before the domain enters that phase, they will need to pay that fee as well as the regular renewal fee.
