Domain Management Login Error

I recently logged into automattic through the domain management option on my blog in order to change my nameservers. I wrote down the pin number I used, however upon returning to the system to make some further alterations I can not log in – it keeps telling me my pin is wrong although I just used it a few minutes ago. I have checked my customer number and tried different typing alterations but still can not log in. Does anyone know how I can locate my pin number or how to reset it? Thanking you in advance for any help.
